• Informazioni base: Il check in è dalle 14 alle 19, mentre il check out è fino alle 10 L’ultimo giorno ricorda di lasciare le chiavi badge sul mobiletto all’ingresso!
• Accessi :L’ingresso principale per l’acceso al palazzo sarà semplicissimo , contattaci al tuo arrivo dinanzi al portone provvederemo ad aprirti in automatico da remoto ,attendi l’apertura del portone. Ci troviamo al piano rialzato , porta a sinistra ,troverai una cassettina di sicurezza immetti i codici che ti saranno forniti, aprendola resterai in possesso di una key card personalizzata che ti permetterà di aprire e chiudere la porta d’ ingresso e di inserire e disinserire l’allarme , per la vostra sicurezza l’appartamento è monitorato dalla centrale operativa dell’ istituto di vigilanza “ A.n.c.r “
• Smarrimento chiavi : in caso di accidentale smarrimento delle chiavi , contattaci ti apriremo e disinseriremo da remoto l’allarme , comunicandoti i codici per aprire la cassetta portachiavi sita all’ interno dell’appartamento ,accanto al selettore per poterti fornire il duplicato e consentire il normale proseguimento del tuo soggiorno senza stress ( purtroppo per i continui inconvenienti anche se accidentali, siamo costretti ad applicare una penale di euro 30 per il rifacimento e la riprogrammazione della key-card)
• Illuminazione d’ingresso: La luce di ingresso corridoio è’ automatica ed è’ regolata da un sensore di movimento
• Le camere da letto ed il soggiorno sono dotate di SMART TV , e troverete ai lati dei comodini delle apposite prese USB per permettere la ricarica dei vostri dispositivi elettronici
• Bagno:Lo specchio del bagno ,adatto anche al trucco è’ regolabile nelle varie colorazioni e intensità di luce di vostro gradimento , scaldabagno e termoarredo sono alimentati ,se il selettore come foto si trova in posizione 1 avete alimentato scaldabagno e termoarredo che a sua volta quest’ultimo potrà essere acceso o spento in base alle vostre esigenze
• Contatori :Il contatore generale si trova nell’atrio di ingresso del palazzo come foto allegata , (foto 2) mentre il contatore interno della luce è’ situato dietro la porta di ingresso (foto 3)
• Dintorni: a metri in fondo alla strada trovi un minimarket. . Se ti serve una farmacia la trovi in via Roma n. 7.

• Sicurezza :L’appartamento ,ad ogni sua uscita ,potrà essere messo in sicurezza ,con il nostro sistema di allarme collegato con la centrale operativa di un istituto di vigilanza privata A.N.C.R. Per garantire ad i nostri ospiti una Serenita’ durante il proprio soggiorno , in uscita avvicina la card al lettore esterno e premendo lucchetto avrai allarmato l’appartamento , lo stesso farai in entrata avvicinando la card al lettore per disinserire
• Sicurezza da estranei : l’appartamento è’ dotato di un sistema con spioncino digitale che ti permetterà di vedere in anteprima chi suona dietro la porta ,avviando la schermata del display interno , potendo anche noi monitorare da remoto la tua incolumità in caso fosse necessario , chiaramente solo All’ esterno all’appartamento
• Cassaforte : le stanze sono dotate di servizio cassaforte per poter riporre i vostri oggetti , segui le istruzioni per personalizzare i vostri codici durante il soggiorno : Cambiare il codice di apertura:
• • con la cassaforte aperta, premere il pulsante rosso “C” situato dietro lo sportello vicino alla cerniera e rilasciarlo, dovreste sentire due segnali acustici, la spia gialla si accenderà.
• • digitare il codice scelto compreso tra 3 e 8 cifre, confermare con il pulsante “C” oppure “E” entro 15 secondi, la cassaforte emetterà un doppio segnale acustico e la luce gialla si spegnerà, il vostro codice personale è stato impostato.
• • provate il vostro nuovo codice con lo sportello della cassaforte aperto per assicurarsi che sia stato
• impostato correttamente.
• Si consiglia di conservare la combinazione in un luogo sicuro.
• Per aprire la cassaforte in seguito, digitare il proprio codice e confermare con il pulsante “C” o “E” la luce verde si accenderà, ruotare il pomolo in senso orario e aprire lo sportello entro 5 secondi.
• Se si sbaglia il codice 3 volte consecutivamente, bisognerà attendere 20 secondi per un nuovo tentativo.
• Se si sbaglia nuovamente altre 3 volte bisognerà attendere 5 minuti prima di riprovare.
• Linea clima dedicata :Durante l’accesso con card personalizzata troverai una Chiavetta ,inserendola nel selettore (foto 4) vi permetterà in posizione on di avviare i clima , per evitare dimenticanze e/o consumi inadeguati dovra ’ ad ogni sua uscita estrarla dal selettore in posizione off
• Climatizzazione :La casa è’ dotata di climatizzazione regolabile dai vari telecomandi presenti dopo aver dato loro alimentazione generale
• I fuochi della cucina , sono alimentati a gas , troverai la bombola in uno sportello , posiziona il rubinetto in posizione on quando dovrai cucinare , noterai un sensore per eventuali perdite che controlleremo da remoto , per rasserenare il tuo soggiorno
• Svago e divertimento : l’appartamento proprio per rendere confortevole il suo soggiorno è’ dotato di alcuni svaghi , il tavolo della sala pranzo è’ convertibile a carambola , aprendo come da foto in due parti il piano del tavolo , sposta le sedie nella parete libera , e potrai dilettarti fra amici ,troverai anche un CABINET con due appositi sgabelli ,dotato di moltissimi giochi multimediali , troverai anche un tavolino per giocare a DAMA ed inoltre nella stessa stanza abbiamo messo a vostra disposizione vari giochi da tavola per allietare le vostre serate
• Punti di interesse: se sei affamato e non hai voglia di cucinare, ti consigliamo il ristorante Music art Cafe’ di fronte a piazza Cavour , quick time pizza , tanti altri locali in zona raggiungibili a piedi saranno designati nella piantina in dotazione come trattoria “Da Peppino” ottimo per i piatti di carne e pesce , pizzeria : “i frati” e tantissime altre soluzioni bistrot nella zona come Paninerie , kebabberia ,
• Servizi: 1) fermata Metro Borgo , 2)fermata autobus , 3)supermarket , 4)farmacia, 5)bar , 6)chiosco per bibite rinfrescanti , 7)distributori automatici per beni di prima necessità , 8)servizio monopattini elettrici , se ti necessità una macchina a noleggio chiedi a noi sapremo come aiutarti
• Regole della casa: ti preghiamo di moderare i toni dalle 11 di sera alle 7 del mattino nel rispetto del vicinato. E’ vietato fumare e organizzare feste.
• Numeri di emergenza: 112 (polizia), 115 (vigili del fuoco), 118 (pronto soccorso)“
• Macchina del caffè : troverete una macchina per caffè espresso dotata di alcune capsule ( sia deca che normale espresso) per potervi servire in autonomia
• Frigo : al vostro primo ingresso faremo si’ che possiate trovare dell’acqua potabile e qualche snack a vostra disposizione
• Cucina : troverete tutto l’occorrente nei vari cassetti e pensili per poter cucinare in totale autonomia , sotto pensile troverete ulteriore prese e luci per rendere più confortevole la vostra preparazione , inoltre se non fosse sufficiente la cappa aspirante , troverete un telecomando per poter accendere la ventola/luce posta a soffitto
• Terrazzo esterno : ci scusiamo per il disagio ma al momento il terrazzo esterno , accessibile comunque sia dalla cucina che dalla sala pranzo ,è’ in fase di ristrutturazione per rendere il vostro soggiorno ancora più confortevole
• Regole della differenziata : troverete nel terrazzino gli appositi contenitori e i sacchetti dedicati per la raccolta differenziata a vostra disposizione la regolamentazione locale prevede

Thank you for choosing our apartment and we know how important it is for you to be independent and to quickly find everything you need.
For this reason we have decided to collect the most important information in this manual.
We are always at your disposal in case of doubts!
Basic information are:
CHECK-IN
- Check in is from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm and check out is until 10:00 am on the last day.
Remember to leave the badge keys on the cabinet at the entrance!
- Accesses is in the main entrance of the building and will be very simple.
Please contact us on your arrival in front of the door and we will open you automatically remotely, wait for the door to open.
We are on the mezzanine floor and going to the door on the left, you will find a safety box.
Put the enter codes that will be provided to you, opening it you will remain in possession of a personalized key card that will allow you to open and close the entrance door and to arm and disarm the alarm.
For your safety the apartment is monitored by the supervisory institute “A.n.c.r” security service.
If you accidentally lose the keys please contact us and we will open the door and deactivate the alarm remotely, communicating the codes to open the key box located inside the apartment next to the selector so that we will provide to supply the duplicate keys and you will continue your stay without stress.
(Unfortunately due to the continuous inconveniences, even if accidental, we are forced to apply a penalty of € 30,00 for the remaking and reprogramming of the key-card).
The corridor entrance light is automatic and is regulated by a motion sensor.
The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with SMART TV, and you will find special USB sockets on the sides of the bedside tables to allow you to recharge your electronic devices.
The bathroom mirror, also suitable for make-up, is adjustable in the various colors and light intensities to your liking, the boiler and radiator are powered if the selector as in the photo is in position 1 so that you have powered the boiler and radiator and the latter can be turned on or turned off according to your needs.
The general counter is located in the entrance hall of the building as attached photo, (photo 2) while the internal light counter is located behind the entrance door (photo 3)
- Surroundings at the end of the road you will find a minimarket.
- If you need a pharmacy you can find it in Via Roma n. 7.

The apartment at every exit can be made safe with our alarm system connected to the operations center of a private security service A.N.C.R. To guarantee our guests serenity during their stay, when going out please approach the card to the external reader and pressing the padlock you will have alarmed the apartment, you will do the same when entering by bringing the card close to the reader to deactivate.
The Security from Stranger in the apartment is equipped with a digital peephole system that will allow you to preview who is ringing behind the door, by starting the screen on the internal display, allowing us to remotely monitor your safety if necessary clearly only outside the apartment.
All rooms are equipped with a safe service to be able to store your items, follow the instructions to personalize your codes during your stay and change the opening code:
• • with the safe open, press the red button “C” located behind the door near the hinge and release it, you should hear two acoustic signals, the yellow light will turn on.
• • To enter the chosen code between 3 and 8 digits and confirm with button “C” or “E” within 15 seconds, the safe will emit a double acoustic signal and the yellow light will go off, your personal code has been set.
• • test your new code with the safe door open to make sure it is correct.
• It is recommended to keep the combination in a safe place.
• To open the safe later, enter your code and confirm with button “C” or “E” the green light will turn on, turn the knob clockwise and open the door within 5 seconds.
• If the code is wrong 3 times consecutively, it will be necessary to wait 20 seconds for a new attempt.
• If you make another mistake 3 more times you will have to wait 5 minutes before trying again.
Climate line will be actived when you accessing with a personalized card you will find a key, by inserting it into the selector (photo 4) it will allow you to start the climate control in the ON position, to avoid oversights and/or inadequate consumption, you must remove it from the selector at each exit in OFF position.
The house is equipped with adjustable air conditioning from the various remote controls present after having given them general power.
• The burners in the kitchen are gas powered, you will find the cylinder in a door, place the tap in the ON position when you need to cook, you will notice a sensor for any leaks that we will control remotely, to reassure your stay.
• Just to make your stay comfortable, the apartment is equipped with some entertainment, the dining room table can be converted into a carambola, opening the table top into two parts as shown in the photo, move the chairs to the wall free, and you can enjoy yourself with friends, you will also find a CABINET with two special stools, equipped with many multimedia games, you will also find a table to play CHECKERS GAME and also in the same room we have put at your disposal various board games to brighten your evenings.
• Points of interest if you are hungry and don’t feel like cooking, we recommend THE MUSIC ART CAFÉ restaurant in front of Piazza Cavour, QUICK TIME PIZZA, many other places in the area within walking distance will be designated on the map provided as a restaurant ” DA PEPPINO” excellent for meat and fish dishes, Pizzeria: “I FRATI” and many other bistro solutions in the area such as sandwich shops and kebab shops.

• House rules: Please observe the house rules and keep your tone from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am in respect of the neighbourhood.
Smoking and organizing party are prohibited.

• Coffee machine: you will find an espresso coffee machine equipped with some capsules (both decaf and normal espresso) to be able to serve yourself independently
• Fridge: at your first entry we will make sure that you can find drinking water and some snacks at your disposal.
• Kitchen: you will find everything you need in the various drawers and wall units to be able to cook in total autonomy, under the wall unit you will find additional sockets and lights to make your preparation more comfortable, and if the extractor hood were not enough, you will find a remote control to turn on the fan/light placed on the ceiling.
We apologize for the inconvenience but at the moment the external terrace, accessible from both the kitchen and the dining room, is being renovated to make your stay even more comfortable.
• Unsorted garbage rules: you will find on the terrace the special containers and dedicated bags for unsorted garbage at your disposal the local regulations.
